ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. first of all it is mentioned here that your baby is a newborn baby. in such a case you are not supposed to give even water until 6 months of age. so refrain from giving reason water no matter what everybody else says

Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil.
