#AskTheExpert is it ok to give an oil massage to 6 month baby in the evening before bedtime? also is it ok to bathe a baby early morning around 6.30 am. I am a working mom but I would like to do these two activities myself as it allows me to bond with my baby.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes you can give massage in the evening time or before putting your baby to sleep but there is no need to give a bath then you can give a bath early in the morning but it depends upon the seasonal temperature variations and the winters and cold season you should avoid
