Yes But you do need to mash it properly because kids normally do not like to eat it like a full ride so you’ll have to message you have to make it up paste form out of it so that is going to work for you because that’s how we give Khichdi and daliya as well to the child you can leave it a little bit of grainy but try to mostly blended
