#AskTheExpert Is influenza vaccine at 6 months mandatory? because govt of India don't have influenza in the schedule given for MNC (Mother and child) program vaccine tracker. and specified ANM s said whatever are there in the govt tracker those are enough. thanks in advance

A. yes ti be. Vaccines are very important for babies. Some delay is justified like up to 14 days or so though in primary vaccines there should not be any delay . Flu vaccine can also be given during this flu and covid season .
