ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, gripe is not safe to be given to 5 months old baby. It is unnecessary. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. Exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the best for your baby.
