ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's safe, can give in proper dose.Gripe water should not be used in babies.
It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
Burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Although gripe water is generally safe, it's not recommended for babies younger than 12 month. The digestive tract is sensitive and still developing at this age.
