ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes its good for hair too. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil, almond oil, seasome oil. Shampooing or washing hairs twice or thrice a week.
