#asktheexpert In few days my baby will be 6 month...so I have to find homemade meals for him....Suggest me home made meals (food chart)for 6 month baby.Whole day chart.

You can start with Da rice water followed by all kind of fruits and vegetables porridge khichadi mash banana mashed potatoes make sure to include good amount of dairy products as well and if you’re looking for recipes you can certainly follow recipes from the First Cry blog
