Q.

#AskTheExpert im in 34weeks pregnant.. i have seen many videos in YouTube which show exercise for normal delivery.. what is the right time to start these exercises? can doing these exercises lead to early labour?

A. please do under supervision. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

A. Consult ur doctor and confirm whether ur body condition is safe for undergoing exercises. if so u can do butterfly squats exercise, can climb stair case, etc

A. Hello dear parent, we'll I would suggest you to not do any such exercises until your gynaecologist prescribes ypu. As your gynaecologist knows your case well. So go according to her. Also labor exercises should done in 9th month only. As that is the time near delivery. Good luck and take care
