#AskTheExpert Im 37 week's pregnant and my sgot sgpt is 240 and 320....and my baby movment is very less.... And I got loss motion and vomiting since last 2 days..

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
