it's advisable not to self medicate for your baby while for yourself plain cold medicine like levocetrizine or sinarest is fine .

Hello mamaWrite Your Answer HereYes nasal sprays or inhalers can be used but only under doctors recommendation nebulisation is also a very good therapy that helps to get rid of the congestion and it shows the effect directly on the blockage that has occupied the chest but all these remedies it should be taken only under doctors consultation
