#asktheexpert Iam currently in 33rd week of pregnancy and I had 2 loose stools. i suspect the reason being yesterday I had paneer almost after 3 or 4 months. please suggest what should I eat today to get solid stool for the day?

A. Hello my dear! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits in your daily diet. Eat a well balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
