#asktheexpert I want to wear diaper to my 20 days baby girl because of winter at night but I have some queries 1.How much time we need to chage diaper 2.How to prevent urine infection because she is girl urine infection chances are high 3.Before every chage of diaper what we need to apply to prevent diaper rashes 4 Recomend best diaper for my little on Note:she is formulla baby so she pees a lot

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the most important thing is that it should not cause skin allergy as well as you have to change it frequently before urine accumulatiodn causes perianal rash.
you can apply coconut oil dbefore making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. Normally, diapers should be changed every 2-3 hours. Do not let the baby have the diaper on for more than several hours or wait until the diaper feels wet before changing the baby. If the baby defecates, the diaper should be changed immediately and the baby should be cleaned every time before putting on a new diaper.
