A. not advisable to use medicines for losing weight Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars and take more protein and fibre rich foods. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
