A. It's natural to be worried and also common to face some delay in getting the required breast milk during initial phase post delivery... the only mantra to overcome this is - keep your mind relaxed, keep the baby touching your body frequently, keep the baby attempting again and again... it may feel pain initially but the more baby will apply force the earlier milk discharge would increase... however, you may also take help of some natural medicines like lactare in case after attempting for many days there is no progress and secondly if absolutely necessary then some amount of formula milk may also be included in your baby's diet for a few days untill your milk gets sufficient but remember this should only be used if it's necessary and prior to every formula feeding, you should ensure that natural breast feeding is done and formula milk should be used just as a top up ... hope this helps

A. Firstly don't take stress for the that. Most women have enough beast milk to feed their baby if they breastfeed . generally it will take 3-4 week for you and your baby to learn how to breastfeed and your breast milk to establish.

A. hi first, don't give up easily it's most important you need to continue with breastfeeding because the more your baby nurse, the more milk your body produce. second, while feeding, please ensure that your baby is latching on deeply to your breast, this stimulate milk production and ensure your baby gets the hindmilk which is richer in fat and calories.
