#AskTheExpert I stopped breast feeding for 2 months. I want to relactate. can I able to relactate now?

A. try by latching. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hi, Yes! Latch directly from the breast even if milk is not coming as it will come. Have satavar stick or powder in milk early in the morning to increase your milk supply naturally. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
