#AskTheExpert I stopped breast feeding for 1 month. now I want to breast feed. can I able to relactate and breastfeed. if yes what are the remedies??

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
