#AskTheExpert I'm taking progesterone shots due to my incompetent cervix. Yesterday the injection shot was not upto mark and it was hilarious painful. I can't even sleep. Can you suggest how can I reduce my pain??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. rest. in kids as they grow, they learn at a speed. which can vary. avoid gadgets n do not force. then ficus on healthy foods and habits. all this help a lot. ok.
