Q.

#AskTheExpert I'm not able to reduce my weight after delivery though I have reduced my food intakes.. I wear belt but it's no use.. does belt help in reducing belly?.. due to weight gain I have severe leg pain.. what should I follow?

A. Hello mom You should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight do yoga at least for next 40 minutes every morning to lose weight fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre food in your regular diet. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
