If you had a normal delivery then of course you can go ahead with proper use of whatever you want to go ahead with and if you had a C-section delivery then I will suggest you one time to check with your gynaecologist if she says that your internal stitches have healed completely and as per your doctor if you are physically fit then of course you can go ahead with your
