#AskTheExpert i m in my 25 weeks I have developed haemorrhoids outside the Anal area and really swelled up and painful… please advise

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi you must consult your gynecologist for once. keep your body well hydrated. take fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits etc more. take support while sitting . don't sit or stand for long period. maintain good hygiene.
