A. Itching during pregnancy may be related to either dryness or dehydration for which you can use a good moisturizer and have adequate liquid intake secondly it may be related to kidney function or liver function , which needs to be investigated properly

A. For pregnancy itching in the whole body during the 37th week, you might try these home remedies, commonly used in India: 1. **Coconut Oil**: Applying coconut oil to the itchy areas can provide relief. 2. **Neem Leaves Bath**: Adding neem leaves to your bathwater may help alleviate itching. Neem has anti-inflammatory properties. 3. **Aloe Vera Gel**: Applying aloe vera gel to the affected areas can soothe the skin. 4. **Oatmeal Bath**: Taking an oatmeal bath may help relieve itching. Grind oatmeal into a fine powder and mix it with warm water for a soothing bath. 5. **Tulsi (Holy Basil) Paste**: Making a paste of tulsi leaves and applying it to the itchy areas might provide relief. 6. **Keep Skin Hydrated**: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated. Hydration is essential for overall skin health. Remember, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before trying any remedies to ensure they are safe for your specific situation. Persistent itching should be discussed with your doctor to rule out any underlying issues.
