Hi mom Take steam inhalation Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take adequate water Take turmeric milk Take tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
