#asktheexpert I'm covid positive mother with mild symptoms and today is 10 th day of home isolation. on these 10 day I'm feeding my child with expressed breast milk .my daughter is 6 month 10 day old. can I now breastfeed myself with my child.if yes what are the precautionary measure should be taken while breastfeeding?

A. Wear a medical mask while breastfeeding the baby. Wash your hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand rub before feeding. Routine clean and disinfect surfaces around you. Keep at least 1 meter distance from others.
