#AskTheExpert i'm a 21months old baby's mother. and i put 80kg weight..please doctor suggest me proper diet

A. hello dear start your day with lukewarm Cinnamon and lemon water followed by some stretching exercise avoid oily fried and junk food reduce the intake of sugar and sweet have lots of fluid and fibre also have salad before your lunch and your dinner
