U As of now don’t focus on losing on your way just focus on feeding your child and focus on eating healthy see once your stitches are completely weird and once you are not exclusively breastfeeding the child that would be the right time for you to start going for workout and dieting as of now when you are breastfeeding the child it’s very important that you eat really well
