#AskTheExpert I m 4 months pregnant. I stay in Bangalore. i travel for work.. as you know blore traffic is always the worse..I travel in my two wheeler. i m just concerned now dat i m pregnant, can i travel in two wheeler.. very slowly.. I could use a car. but by the time i overcome the traffic it ll be very late to work.. my work place from my home is around 12 kms. please suggest what I can do.? also the doctor has told me that everythin is normal n there are no complications right now to me and the baby

If there are no high risk factors complicating pregnancy then you can travel and better to avoid giving kicks to the two wheeler and don’t try to lift anything heavy
