#asktheexpert I'm 4 months postpartum. I'm taking livogen and Shelcal HD supplement. But my blood test shows Iron is 39 and vitamin D is only 20. what to do.. should I increase the dosage

A. hi mom check with doctor if vit d extra dose is required then you can take it calcium and iron supplements you should continue taking stay safe
