#AskTheExpert i m 3 month pregnant and now 4th is running. I have svere lower back pain due to this I can't properly move or lay on the bed. ND I got pimples on face with white resha . what to do.

A. The pimples do come because of a hormonal changes during pregnancy and even during postpartum. As far as The back pain is concerned it happens due to the relaxin hormone and you can use the pillows to support your back Write Your Answer Here
