A. Hello dear When the placenta is low lying then there are no chances of a vaginal delivery . There will be chance of excessive bleeding if vaginal delivery happens Have a talk with your doctor

A. good morning I would request you to please take complete rest as of now and you should follow your doctors advice and once the things are better and more comfortable then you can start exercising
