#AskTheExpert I live in Kolkata.Nowdays temperature is around 35 degrees Celsius.Do I need to use hotwater to make the water ward while making my child bath.My child is 11 months old and have suffered mild cauough and cold once or twice in 11 months.

use Luke warm water for bathing.
as a child is having cold and cough frequently,
I advise to focus on building strong immunity of your child.
for that , please continue with breastfeeding.
give citrus fruits ,nuts , different legumes and lentils in your child diet.
prefer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated.
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
