Q.

#asktheexpert I just started with other foods for my 6 months old baby I have been giving him dal water, makhana water, ragi water as of now he has been consuming 50ml a day. is this enough for a day, or do i need to increase the quantity?

A. 50 ml.. its enough. better to give or start giving semi solid food now ..like suji porridge, khichdi, ragi porridge and fruit n vegetable puree .. o. k.

A. hi dear This food group includes meat, fish, eggs, beans and pulses, and is suitable from around 6 months. As well as giving your baby protein, these foods contain other useful nutrients, such as iron and zinc, which are important for babies.
