#AskTheExpert I haven't lost weight after my second delivery. family planning operation is done too. what could be the reason for not losing weight? when is the ideal time to do intense workout post delivery? during which month?

A. hello mum it is very important to take healthy and nutritional diet if you doesn't have any kind of health issue then don't worry and also if it was C section then after completing 6 months you can go for some work out like yoga and have food which is rich in fats proteins and carbohydrates
