#asktheexpert I have two boys first is 3 yr old and second is just 2 month old now both done by c section delivery my problem is my second c section delivery was very hard I had amniotic fluid 25 and my heamoglobin was 7 that time during delivery doctor inject blood also now my blood level is 9 two months go now but I feel very weak I also take calcium iron tablets please prescribe or advices me something that help me to recover fast when my inner stitches completely dry? I am so depressed and confused that how will I manage my two boys with this health issues what should be my daily routine
