#AskTheExpert I have twins pregnancy of dcda. what is the ideal week of delivery, that my babies don't have to go through the nicu? in 31 week they are 1.6kg each..?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. in twin pregnancy your doctor will always wait till the babies get properly stable and as much as possible will extend so that both the babies gain at least 2 kgs of weight each so just have regular follow up with your doctor and when it feels it may not extent you can go for Cesarean Section delivery

SanthoshiMom of a 1 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. Anytime after 38 weeks is ideal I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well take care
