#AskTheExpert I have twins daughters they are 5 months old n they were born at 35 weeks n when I have started cerelac or semisolid??? N which cerelac is good for them . They are on formula only

A. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the breast milk is not sufficient then you may gve infant formula milk and to start semi solid wait till six months and you can then give homemade cerelac and fruits and vegetables puree to start with
