Q.

my twins are 2.2yrs old and not yet talking..they say a few words and then forget...they keep babbling the entire day. they were born preterm at 32 weeks. I'm worried . please advise.

A. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come. Try to avoid TV mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child. read the developmental assessment of the child done

A. Hi mommy He will learn soon Give your time and attention Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Do lots of fun activities together Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
