Q.

#AskTheExpert It is summer and babies(twins) are getting more de-hydrated. they are 4 month old. can I feed warm water/coconut water or anything like that. p.s they are on formula enfamil stage 1. They were born at 35 weeks.Pl advise

A. you need to continue giving milk at regular durations of 2-3 hours as well as on the demand and avoid giving anything else other than breastfeed aur formula milk till 6 month
