#AskTheExpert i have twin girls. both are suffering from cold and cough. they are making some noise while breathing as if their chest is not clear. m giving nasivion drops and Syp Alex P thrice a day to both of them

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. gy tCough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatgsment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
