Q.

#AskTheExpert I have twin girls and they do not eat anything except for banana shake . How do I make them eat . They scream if I make them eat

A. hi, Child at this age are picky/ choosy eaters. Give them a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals. Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another b4-5day
