A. depending on the problem you have to take appropriate medicines for the thyroid for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. Diet and Nutrition Protein, calcium, magnesium, and iodine help your thyroid work. Make sure you're getting plenty of all the B vitamins, vitamin A, and vitamin C. If you don't have enough iodine in your system, taking selenium can cause hypothyroidism.
