Q.

#AskTheExpert I have prickling sensation and tenderness at the c section incision even after 3 months.i feel very uncomfortable for turning sideways, could you please advise me on what to do for this

A. its normal. eat multivitamin ok. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. it's normal after c section and because of the cut nerve endings. proper diet and exercise can relive it. increase the fibre content in your food and use of multivitamin tablets and vitamin c containing foods helps to get faster relief.

I Would advise you to consult your gynaecologist once for this because you should get a check sometimes it could be related to some fibroid also inside and some other issue also I am just giving you a possibility not short short answer so that is why I am advising you to consult your gynaecologist once
