A. A small number of mothers are not able to breastfeed. This can be hard to accept, but it does not make you a bad mom. Infant formula is still a healthy choice, and your baby will get all the necessary nutrients....Aptamil Gold is best choice....Aptamil gold supports the overall healthy growth and development of the baby...It contains FOS and 36 vital nutrients for baby's growth.

A. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation. it's fine can use fm if needed

A. Siri formula milk is in bad at all it can be comfortably given to the child if it is the day also I would like to tell you that if you want to increase your breast feeding you can definitely try taking that lactation supplements because they’re supposed to be quite nice along with that all you can increase the fluid intake of yours on an every day basis that is something which is definitely going to be quite helpfulWrite Your Answer Here
