Q.

#Asktheexpert I have my periods due by 13th Dec but I have to delay them as I have a religious function. One doc has advised me to eat meprate tablet once daily till I don't want my periods. is it safe? is there natural way to delay them? please help at the earliest

A. yes you can take the tablet but be precautions that not to take for more than 10 days. and if you have regular periods you need to start before 4 days of your period date

A. If your doctor your gynaecologist has advised you take it and yes there are certain home remedies but you cannot be sure whether they will work hundred percent or not and then you’ll be a fixed if it does not so you should start taking this medicine suggested by the doctor
