#AskTheExpert I have lot of back ache after my pregnancy. especially in the upper part. it's unbearable can you plz suggest medicines and excercises

Hello there ma’am Please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once yourself with your gynaecologist in person and ask for food supplements and vitamins and also add Kamarkhas in your diet in any form. Medicine should be taken as per your gynaecologist only.
