Q.

#AskTheExpert I have gained too much weight after delivery and especially my stomach part.. still it looks like the pregnancy belly plz give me some good advices

A. reduce the extra carbohydrates from the diet start physical activity like brisk walking yoga exercises for yourself and also limit the intake of empty calories in the form of sugar carbs oily and junk food

A. hi yes ,it is common to get belly fat after delivery it is result of increased uterus. so to tighten the muscles at belly area ,just wear your duptta on your belly. do yoga like dhanurashan , bhujangaasna , chakrasana etc eat couple of bites less than usual take fresh fruits, green veggies more
