#AskTheExpert I have 7 months old baby, last month I had my regular period (after gaping of 2 months)then it bleed very badly,is it normal?and after that I felt so weak.. and I have thyroid also.what can I do for my weakness?

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. do check your thyroid profile once. periods often remain irregular during breasfeeding phase .. consult your gynaecologist
