#AskTheExpert I have 4 month baby boy. gain so much weight, please suggest me what I do, when I start workout or yoga.

A. Dear mum, this is the right time to start exercises and work outs. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Also, eat mindfully and have a healthy diet.
