#asktheexperts can we start more intense workout , yoga , stretches , pillates , bending and all after 4 months postpartum.

A. If you had a normal delivery then you can check with your doctor before you start with it because you are still breastfeeding if you do intense work workout sometimes it can lead to reduction of breastfeeding so I can suggest you to start with if you’ve had a normal delivery but not intense if you want to check with your doctor first
