Q.

#AskTheExpert I had to start formula for my baby right after birth due to some complications. I am ready to breast feed but there is no lactation. Baby is four months old and I am very much willing to feed her. Pls suggest ways to increase or restart lactation!

A. hi I would suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this. massage your breasts with warm coconut oil which stimulate milk glands and increase your breastmilk supply.
